My coaching integrates evidence-based science, a lifetime of anxiety and overcoming intense depression, and 15 years of studying everything I can on stress, anxiety, and happiness:

I utilize neuroscience, the Polyvagal Theory, positive psychology, Positive Intelligence Coaching (PQ), the applied science of trauma, somatic practices, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and evidence-based interventions that support emotional regulation, trauma/burnout recovery, and long-term resilience.

I love teaching tools and techniques that bridge science and embodiment, empowering people to understand their nervous system, navigate stress, expand their emotional capacity, create more happiness, and build a regulated, responsive nervous system.
