Group Coaching
Meet 2x/month online • One hour per session • Small number of participants
Join others who are working on creating less stress and more joy. Learn transformative tools, get coached in a supportive setting, and get regular accountability in an affordable way.
To Start: We will meet 1:1 to define your goals and get you started - this is included when you sign up.
Meeting Online as a Group: We meet 2x/month and will learn new strategies that move us forward, talk about challenges and problem-solve together, identify next steps, and celebrate wins together in a small group.
Bonus: To ensure your momentum, I include a free subscription to a powerful app that changed things for me and will keep you on track.
