With your goals in mind, I’ll reverse-engineer the steps needed to get there. Each week, we will evaluate progress, make any necessary tweaks, and create momentum.

OK, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration - but I have lived with anxiety my whole life and been through many significant stressors. I know how it feels to be stuck in survival mode, feeling on edge, never feeling good enough, and constantly worried. I am always hunting for better ways to feel joy, ease, confidence.
