I felt like my life was imploding, and my health was really bad.
I was fake smiling because I was in so much pain. I had so much depression and anxiety
that it was just sometimes really hard to function.
I decided that I couldn't go on like that, and something had to change.
It was really a life coach that changed things for me. And with that coaching, I learned practical tools to change my life.
How to handle stress, when it pops up, how to handle anxiety. I've got the healthier habits.
I feel more confident.
So I wanted to try to help other people avoid what I had gone through, really shortcut that process.
We find different ways so that you feel like you can handle whatever comes your way
and feel more resilient to feel more joy, more happiness in your life.
I would ask you, what's going on now, right now, that doesn't feel good that you want to change. How you're feeling stuck, and then what do you want instead?
Let's really paint that picture.

I’ll identify the tools, teachings, habits, routines, and techniques that would specifically benefit you. (No cookie-cutter programs here!) With your goals in mind, I’ll reverse-engineer the steps needed to get there. Each week, we will evaluate progress, make any necessary tweaks, and create momentum.

I live, breathe and eat anxiety, stress, happiness and joy.
OK, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration - but I have lived with anxiety my whole life and been through many significant stressors. I know how it feels to be stuck in survival mode, feeling on edge, never feeling good enough, and constantly worried.
