I live, breathe and eat anxiety, stress and happiness.
OK, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration - but I have lived with anxiety my whole life and been through many significant stressors. I know how it feels to be stuck in survival mode, feeling on edge, never good enough, and constantly worried.

My passion is helping people overcome overwhelm and reduce stress using sustainable tools to feel happier - regardless of what’s going on around them. My mission is to teach as many people as possible the life-changing tools that create happiness and inner peace from within.
